Who has been eating-in much more and missing a good sushi meal?

💛 Tamago sushi is my all time favourite, but actually the recipe calls for spoonfuls of sugar, mirin (which also contains sugar) and the egg mixture is fried layer by layer in oil.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍣 In comparison, some sushi such as tuna / salmon / ebi sushi are lean protein choices - remember belly versions are fattier cuts #fatisflavour 😋
